For eight incredible years, My Girl Nonprofit Organization has remained committed to empowering, equipping, and inspiring the next generation of young women throughout Memphis, Tennessee, and DeSoto County, Mississippi.
What began as a vision to create safe, affirming spaces for girls to grow in confidence, leadership, and purpose has evolved into a movement of impact; serving more than 100 youth girls through meaningful mentorship, educational programming, and transformational experiences.
This year, we proudly celebrate our 8th Anniversary in combination with our inaugural Scholarship Gala, an unforgettable evening dedicated to honoring our journey, celebrating community impact, and investing in the futures of young women who dare to dream big.

Mentorship
Providing encouragement, leadership development, confidence-building, and real-life guidance to youth girls navigating school, peer relationships, and self-identity.
Career Readiness
Introducing girls to leadership, entrepreneurship, professional pathways, and future career possibilities.
Financial Literacy
Teaching foundational money management, saving habits, budgeting, and financial empowerment skills early.
